• Parents/guardians, who register and oversee accounts for their children.
• Coaches or organizations, where applicable, with appropriate permissions.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are under 13 and have received verified consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access most features, a parent or guardian must create an account and register their child. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep login credentials confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Safe Use and User Conduct

FoursUp is a learning and growth platform. Users must not:

• Post or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity;
• Attempt to access accounts that aren't theirs;
• Use the Services for commercial, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
